What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If you are looking for stability with benefits then this is a great law firm to work for but if you are looking for variety and opportunities to advance your career then this would not be a firm that you would want to build a future with.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has is a steady place to work for. They offer great benefits packages with a variety of offerings. The company is large so there will be plenty of work and there is never a question of if you will be able to get a case to work on. The company has a long history and will be here for the long haul.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm struggles with organization and communications. Upper management could do better with working with others. The office can also be somewhat mundane as you will get the same types of cases day in and day out. You will also be required to put in very long days.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
For the managers, be more involved in the work you put on your staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers really awesome benefits to go along with the great pay. I was excited to work at this firm because of the big name and the endless possible doors it could potentially open for me down the road. I never felt lost or confused with the tedious workload; we were given great training to prepare use for what we were getting ourselves into.
What did you not like about this institution?
I felt underappreciated even when busting my hump to somehow reach their set billable hours. Management doesn't really pay attention to their staff, they really don't even seem to know what an individual is specifically working on; all they care about is if those hours are met.
