Advice to law firm management:
I would like to see this firm increase its starting salary significantly. I would also like to see management get together and get everyone going in the same direction.

Pros:
Everyone is very friendly and helpful for the most part. I also found the front desk staff to be very accommodating. The office environment was very relaxed and casual as well.

Cons:
There is a real lack of direction at this firm. I also found the starting salary to be way too low compared to the competition.
