This firm needs to consider offering benefits to their employees. This will help their health and keep them from missing work.

Pros:
I had a good experience working for this firm and really felt like I learned a lot. They teach you some tricks of the trade and prepare you for any better opportunities that may arise. They treat employees very well and really want the best for your career.

Cons:
This firm doesn't have great benefits which is a bummer. They don't offer health insurance and the dental offered is pretty bad. It would be nice if they could offer these benefits so I can see a doctor.
