Advice to law firm management:
Provide a safety net or something that would help people deal with the stress a bit. Not everyone can deal with it, so they need some help.
Pros:
The people here really care about you and you are paid accordingly. Everyone's job here is important and they are all cared for.
Cons:
Everyone is under a lot of pressure and it is stressful. Not everyone can deal with the stress that comes with being important.

Cons:
Michael Mazurczak is extremely unprofessional and irresponsive insurance agent. I was connected with him to start an insurance claim on Aug 24, 2021. Ever since that Michael has been dodging my calls and emails.
If you are considering his services, please think twice! I'll post my updates on how this situation is getting handled by Michael and see when he finally reaches out to be to start a dialog, take notes, file a claim, and finally does his job!
