Advice to law firm management:
I wish that leadership would offer some sort of solution to the parking problem. Maybe they could make a deal with a nearby garage or lot and compensate the employees to cover the cost of parking.
Pros:
I was very happy with the compensation package that I was offered when I accepted a position here. The salary, benefits, and perks are all where they should be.
Cons:
This might seem like nitpicking and might not matter to some people, but the office location is very inconvenient. It can be incredibly hard to find parking many days and the extra expense isn't a plus.
