What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Shut down and learn what ethics are and start disclosing conflicts of interest to the parties involved and the judge.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The building is pretty but thats credit for the interior designer.

What did you not like about this institution?
All the lawyers lack professionalism, integrity, and ethics. One lawyer was representing a major business while at the same time defending a person on the opposite end of the same lawsuit for crimes that would greatly affect the outcome of the case for both the suing party and the major business this lawyer represented. Multiple complaints filed against several of these lawyers with the bar association

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All of them but especially vipond and destache

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
More time in the courtroom than most firms

What did you not like about this institution?
My opinion: there isn’t much effective mentoring, the pay is low for hours spent working, the firm is structured and expects to lose more than half the recruited associates

The partners are okay but I feel the structure is disappointing
