Advice to law firm management:
Let the associates work in one area and do not move them around so much. It is hard to keep up with all the areas and serve the clients when you are being moved around from one area to another. But that is about my only problem with the firm.

Pros:
They have a long history. They have been around for 70 years and they have a large amount of upper end clients. The great companies or the world are their clients. I loved the fact that I was working with such large players in the world. It was worth all the hard work.

Cons:
The firm has a lot of different areas. Some may say they have too many to keep up with. One week you may be doing Oil and Gas and the next you are working on a chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Then you might get a criminal case. This can be good but it also is hard to keep up with sometimes.
