Advice to law firm management:
As time goes on, let the new management naturally integrate into the company culture. Try to maintain previous work organization. I think that will help everyone in the firm adapt better to the new change.

Pros:
The firm does a lot of interesting work in the commercial litigation field. I found that the work load was evenly distributed among attorneys. There is also a good attempt at bringing in junior attorneys on higher profile cases so they can get some experience with such cases.

Cons:
The firm did get bought out and the transition has been mostly smooth but not without some hiccups. Some very competent senior managers were let go. The new management didn't integrate them in as smoothly as they could.
