What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would get nicer and more competent non-legal support staff. I think it would make all the attorneys as well as paralegals a lot happier. It would also make it easier to retain talent. I did not like having to fight over pay and no one else does either.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found the attorney's great to work with. I always felt supported by the senior staff and was mentored well with them. I found the case work interesting and challenging. The paralegals were also great to work with.
What did you not like about this institution?
While the paralegals and attorneys were great a lot of the support staff was bad. I was treated pretty badly by the accounting department on a number of occasions. They were very rude. I had to drag senior management in a few times to deal with hours billed. I should not have to do that.

Sophisticated clients and matters. The partners are extremely passionate and knowledgeable. Incredible place to learn how to be a lawyer because the firm does a great job of providing associates with substantive experience , but without throwing them into the fire too early.
