This firm should offer more of an incentive to move upward. Otherwise, employees will look for other opportunities.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was so much fun to work with. Staff and management were very friendly and down to earth. The work environment was always very calm and friendly. I got along with everyone great and wish I could have stayed at this firm longer.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to this firm is the upward mobility. There wasn't much room for growth and I would have stayed at this firm if I had the opportunity to be promoted.
