Advice to law firm management:
Listen to your staff about new approaches to things. Hire more women as long as they qualify and stop the discrimination.
Pros:
There is wonderful job security, with a chance to learn multiple areas of law. The compensation is very well given the area of the country this is in.
Cons:
It has massive amounts of stress levels and tends to hire more men than women. The communication is very lacking in ideas to improve the firm.

Summer associate program
Jackson Kelly's Summer Associate Program is designed to help you learn about life in the Firm and to help us assess your abilities and fit within Jackson Kelly. Summer Associates work on a broad range of legal projects and are exposed to all practice areas within Jackson Kelly. Summer Associate projects typically involve conducting legal research and drafting memoranda and court documents. Summer Associates also routinely accompany our attorneys to depositions, client meetings and court appearances.
