I have no negative comments to report on Jackson Lewis, P.C. While no work place is perfect, I believe the firm is doing a terrific job keeping its employees and clients happy.

Work on improving how management treats the staff. Improve the benefits.

The firm is very supportive of its employees. It has a great national presence. There are strong pro-bono programs.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are a lack of benefits. Management is only concerned with their own job and protecting themselves.

This firm should consider finding adequate parking for their employees. There are always option such as parking garages where people can park.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does a really great job of taking care of their employees. I always felt appreciated working here and never felt taken advantage of. They give you good pay for your position and benefits as well. They won't make you come if the weather is bad and allows plenty of sick time.

What did you not like about this institution?
The location for this firm could be a bit better. It's located pretty far from where I live and parking is not always available. It would be nice if they had a parking lot but spaces are tight.
