What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to do a better job of trying to keep moving forward when being impacted by changes. Bonuses should be offered to all employees and not just one group in the law firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm in which its staff is full of very collaborative people. The firm has some very out of the box ideas. There is a high reputation associated with this law firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm has difficulty going through some of the things that may result in change. It seems that paralegals are the group amongst the staff that receive based on the work they do.

Full time Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I have heard several employees say that they wish management would bring back periodic staff meetings to make everyone feel more included in decision-making.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
HSB boasts an amazing cast of attorneys and staff. There is literally not one person in the firm I do not like. The pay and benefits are good, the working environment is casual and comfortable. I would recommend this firm to anyone - in terms of attorney representation or employment.

What did you not like about this institution?
The designated parking garage is not attached to actual work location, but that's a minor complaint.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There are none I would suggest avoiding.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The people first, the pay second.
