What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There were some bad people when I was there, which eventually led to my leaving. My advice is that stay far away from those people. Other than that, good law firm with ample learning opportunities and nice pay.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Steep learning curve with a supportive team environment. A leadership committed to giving employees the best work experience ever. Salary, bonus & facilities are best part of Gibbs & Bruns LLP, you won't get these kinds of facilities in any other organization.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lack of process this makes the quality of project suffer. Work life balance is tough to find. There may be days with long working hours. Support staff is under-appreciated and their input on potential improvements may not be considered.
