Main Office:
What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There should be less ambiguity about what needs to be done to advance within the firm. Many people want to grow their careers, but don't know how to begin the process.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A lot of work comes through the doors here, so there is no shortage of interesting cases to work on, even for new associates. The partners here are accessible and pleasant to deal with. Expectations are realistic and the pay is good.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't a lot of opportunity to move up in the firm, from what I've seen. Associate are expected to work long hours, but that is kind of a given in this industry.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would of liked to see the higher ups such as management come to a half way point in terms of having things done their way or not at all. If they would of compromised even a little bit than the firm would still exist as it originally did.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone was also very friendly and family oriented. There were also plenty of over time opportunities if you needed extra hours or needed to spend more time during the day at home with family.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm started to split up after some internal conflicts started to submerge and some of the higher ups disagreed on some major points. This led to the firm going a separate way and some of my favorite coworkers left due to this.
