What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to have more room for growth if they want employees to stick around. People want room to grow so they can advance in their careers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a good starting salary when you start. They offer higher pay than most competitors in the area as well as good benefits and vacation times. I felt the workload was fair for the position and manageable, even with kids.
What did you not like about this institution?
I wish the firm was a little bigger and offered more room for advancement. The firm is quite small and only hires a couple times a year when extra work is needed.
