Advice to law firm management:
I would try to encourage some collaboration when it seems necessary. Mentoring is currently fine but everyone does their own thing at a certain point. I think this would help with the lonely feel of the firm.
Pros:
I have found the staff and associates very helpful and supportive. The accountants I have had to work with are top notch. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and the benefits are very competitive.
Cons:
Most of the legal work is financial related so it can be very lonely. The firm is a pretty quiet place with not a lot of action going on due to the nature of the work.

Advice to law firm management:
Get rid of this broad. She sounds and looks stupid. She really knows how to make people feel creepy with her ugly looks and weird attitude towards men in general. You should be embarassed.
Pros:
Lame stupid and out of control what I just witnessed. The person giving the speech not only sounded dumb, but only gave examples that fit her narrative. I feel more stupid than ever after listening to this broad.
Cons:
Had to sit through an idiotic lady telling our group about the #metoo movement in an attempt to set is up for sexual harrassment lawsuits. What an idiot.
Partners to Avoid and Why:
Whoever gives the sexual harrassment lawsuits speeches is dumb as a box of rocks. Not sure why she is chosen to represent your firm, but gross none the less.
Favorite Things About this Firm:
None now. I would have a different opinion if you didn't send an idiot out representing you. How bizarre you would let someone give a speech like that to a group of people.
