Advice to law firm management:
Management needs to do a better job of helping out their employees and giving them an incentive to grow within the firm. If people aren't being paid what they deserve then what is the point?

Pros:
I greatly enjoyed working for this law firm during the 3 years I was employed. The staff members were always so friendly and everyone got along great. The work environment was always peaceful, and I never experienced any controversy when I worked there.

Cons:
Unfortunately, the pay scale for this firm was a bit low compared to other firms I've seen. The salaries offered aren't terrible, but they don't offer promotions for at least 2 years and that's only if you qualify.
