What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that the leadership team should spend more time getting to know the associates. This would help morale quite a bit and allow us to get clarification on some issues.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The training program here is great, and there is a lot of room for advancement. Those who want to climb the ladder can do so with ease.

What did you not like about this institution?
The leadership team seems pretty disconnected from the rest of the firm. They don't spend a lot of time with associates and even though there is an open door policy, it still feels like I would be intruding if I were to try and take advantage of it.
