Advice to law firm management:
None really. I advise you to keep a check on the lethargic tendencies of the staff and keep a check on the mentioned negative points. Also, keep up the good work.
Pros:
I work at this firm and I must say this place has an environment to grow. The firm is a small one but allows me to learn a lot while being a part of a healthy work culture. People here are really supportive whenever I've had any trouble working.
Cons:
Laziness is one factor that has been observed. Some paralegals tend to play the blame game. But apart from these there is not anything bad.

The lawyers and management were dedicated to providing the highest level of service to their clients and treated the support staff with the utmost level of dignity and respect. I enjoyed working there - my co-workers were great, the office was modern, pleasant and in a great location. In addition, the firm provided computer training on a consistent basis as well as in-house IT support which was very valuable.ConsI have nothing negative to say about this firm.
