What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would ask that management offer better means of promotions but I know this is not always easy. It would be nice if there was more room for advancement.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm never had a dull moment and the atmosphere was nothing but positive. Management was great to work with and always welcome to talk about anything and offer suggestions and advice. Training was great for this position and I would work with them again in the future.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only negative about this firm was that there wasn't much room for growth. Employees typically worked in the same position for several years before being promoted and that was only a select few. The only reason I left this firm was because I got offered a better position elsewhere.
