What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a large, successful firm that overall functions well. The employees are willing to put in the extra effort to make this practice as good as it is.
What did you not like about this institution?
The downside of the employees working hard is that it can feel as though it's being taken for granted. Many employees are unpaid for the amount of work they contribute.
