What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Excellent open door and hands on policy allowed me to interact with attorneys and learn on a hands-on basis. Flexible schedules and work from home opportunities make the firm a great choice for me as a parent so I would not miss events with my children. A great work-life balance with friendly and interactive senior partners made the firm a happy and fun environment.
What did you not like about this institution?
Pay tends to be a little lower than larger firms in the area which I believe could be easily fixed by management. I found that there was not much room to move forward in the firm but still a great place to work with engaging people.
