What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
To management, we should be working as a team on some cases and tossing around ideas.This would improve quality as well as make the atmosphere less stressful.Play some music to ease the mood once in a while.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very competitive atmosphere with room to grow as both an individual and with my career.During the three years I've worked here I've received three raises and one promotion.Those on the hard worker list get a free daily lunch.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is a very stressful firm to work at.The atmosphere is competitive, which is a good and bad thing, and things can get heated from all the stress.I've had a few heated arguments while working here.There is not enough help from management or fellow employees. The environment is all about you and not the team.
