Management should consider adding more staff to support the present lawyers because many are overworked and under stress.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
They're doing a good job, and don't need my advice. On the other hand, during Mardi Gras the King Cakes come fast and furious...it might be nice to recognize siesta time or something. :)
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff is great. I worked on a 7 month project with them, and I honestly liked everyone there. I worked most closely with Paul Wegman, but I interacted with most of the lawyers and staff at some point along the line and to a person they were friendly, helpful, and honest. If integrity is too quickly becoming a lost aspect in the legal profession; it at least has a home at DBN.
What did you not like about this institution?
I can not identify a single aspect of the firm that I view negatively.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I didn't see anyone to avoid. Obviously the world is full of personality types, and some people are more appealing than others. That said, I felt comfortable with everyone there.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
They're flexible. I commuted from 50 miles out of town and occasionally there was the odd car problem. They were nothing but understanding and helpful.
