Advice to law firm management:
It's a great company to work for; however, some of the favoritism does stir up short term spats and feuds. Other than that, I enjoyed my time there.
Pros:
I was never bored working here. Everyone is friendly and is eager to give tips and pointers to someone just starting out. The pay is reasonable, but there were many perks around the office. I never felt overworked there.
Cons:
If anything, there are some visible cliques and favoritism lurking there. It's a friendly atmosphere, but the office politics can go overboard sometimes.
