Advice to law firm management:
The firm should try to do more to help build a trusting and caring relationship with some of our clients. I think doing such a thing will only help the firm.
Pros:
As someone who is starting to get into aviation, coming to work for a law firm that specializes in such a field was something that I found to be perfect for me. Being able to use my skills as a lawyer, along with learning new things when it comes to specialized fields of practice is something that intrigues me when I come to work. The people I work with are also great and helpful.
Cons:
As great as the firm is, I do find the focus on the financial gains of a case to be more important for most at the firm than building a great relationship with our clients.
