What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm can improve by offering larger salary and bonuses to its employees, who believe they are underpaid by market standards. The firm should also offer more teambuilding activities to its staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are plenty of other attorneys who want to help you here. After all, they are all in the same boat of wanting the firm to succeed and profit. There is an attitude of relaxation at this firm, for the most part, but don't slack off.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much to say, other than the fact that some associates think their pay package could be improved to be more in line with the market's standards.
