Advice to law firm management:
The firm can improve by offering larger salary and bonuses to its employees, who believe they are underpaid by market standards. The firm should also offer more teambuilding activities to its staff.
Pros:
There are plenty of other attorneys who want to help you here. After all, they are all in the same boat of wanting the firm to succeed and profit. There is an attitude of relaxation at this firm, for the most part, but don't slack off.
Cons:
There isn't much to say, other than the fact that some associates think their pay package could be improved to be more in line with the market's standards.

Doerner has found strength in our diversity. Our lawyers completed undergraduate work at more than 25 colleges and universities in 21 states and the District of Columbia, and graduated from 18 different law schools.
We recruit 2L's. Our clerkships are typically for six weeks and we allow clerkships in either the first or second half of the summer.
Summer associate program
Our summer clerkship program is a working clerkship. We strive to include summer associates in varied legal experiences, including drafting research memoranda, pleadings, attending depositions and court, drafting transaction documents and attending closings. We believe that this process allows the associate to learn about the full range of our practice and allows the associate to demonstrate analytical, writing and communication skills.
