What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to develop a closer relationship with other firms who specialize in a few of the fields of practice that we don't. This could result in great revenue for the firm due to networking with the clients of other firms.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have been working at the law firm for a few years and hope to work for them for several more. The superiors at the firm always make sure to engage the associates to make sure that any issue we have is resolved in a professional and timely manner. The firm is limited to the areas of law we practice, but I have no problems with it since they are my interests.

Put more color on website, as far as attorneys. You say you have 16.67 minority attorneys. But not in terms of website
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Looks like firm is well established in Century City and Chicago. Very nice. Perfect place for real estate firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Doesn't look like they have any minorities in the entire roster of attorneys. Need to put more on website.
