Before founding Varghese & Associates, Mr. Varghese gained extensive experience as a prosecutor in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. As one of New York's youngest senior prosecutors, he handled criminal appeals while simultaneously trying cases. His thorough education in the criminal justice system has earned him the respect of the court, both as a prosecutor and now as a defense attorney. Mr. Varghese is also actively involved in various bar associations, including the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and the New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA).
