Quite a lot to learn and very fast paced working environment. Lots of politics, hard work does not necessary mean career progression, but you will find it at every other firm.
Pros:
Great environment to work in, the company's leaders really care about their people. Employee benefits are fantastic and a lot of growth happening. Holland & Hart LLP was an excellent career move for me.
Cons:
Management was sometimes 'just checking boxes' rather than operating in the best interests of staff and customers. Apart from that there were no issues with the management.

Keep listening to your employees and continue to be responsive to their concerns over issues in the law firm. Maintain the open lines of communication.
Pros:
The law firm is very large and very stable, the salary and benefits are pretty standard. They have several offices from which to work if you choose to relocate.
Cons:
It's a large firm so you have to really make space for yourself at times. The workload is pretty heavy for the average pay level that they offer.
