Advice to law firm management:
I would like to see more attorneys hired and I would like to see more opportunities in regards to advancement as well.

Pros:
The pay is great, hours are great, benefits are great, and the secretaries are outstanding as well. I also enjoyed some of the cases that we took on as well.

Cons:
There's not much room to move up in the ranks. It felt very limiting while working here due to the real lack of advancement.
