Advice to law firm management:
I would like to see my firm hire more experienced senior attorneys and give the boot to some of the new attorneys that they just hired.

Pros:
The pay is excellent and I can leave on a moment's notice anytime that I want. There are also plenty of staff members here that are very accommodating.

Cons:
Some of the new attorneys that were hired very recently can be very rude and difficult to work with. I would like to see some of these attorneys removed.
