The firm needs to work on implementing better resources that are new in technology. Management should work on how to provide a better line of communication in the office.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's an environment in which good pay and various amounts of workload are offered. The firm has a high degree of respect amongst its clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lack of a line of communication. The resources at the firm are very old. Sometimes attorneys take on too much of the workload and do not spend an adequate amount of time with their clients.

I love working here since the highly motivated team allows me to push my potential to great limits. The work culture here is also great. The growth rate is good too.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management needs a refurbishment due to its poor skills. The IT support needs more assistance. Fixing these things will help to reduce the negative points.
