What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a restructuring of the working environment. Management needs to improve on being an effective leader. Workload should be reduced in order to produce a less demanding environment.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It has a working environment full of kind and supportive staff. The staff is offered free parking. The secretary will help and work alongside you.
What did you not like about this institution?
The management team does a poor job of helping its staff work efficiently. Many expectations are expected from staff on their work. Staff is shuffled in terms of work in order to get more jobs done.
