Advice to law firm management:
Better organization and scheduling would help new hires become comfortable more quickly. A clear schedule that could be accessed online would help a lot.
Pros:
A lovely atmosphere where people are always willing to help out. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly and would love to go back some day.
Cons:
It's a bit chaotic at first, but once you get used to the flow and how things work, it's quite easy to get through the day.
