It isn't about money; it's about sending a message.
What did you not like about this institution?
With it being such a big firm, your schedule will constantly be changing. Every time I would get assigned a project, something else would come up and take priority, and things would get pushed aside and not finished when another project came up.

Try and hire more employees and make things easier for those that continue to work there. That will make things better for the business overall.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here knows exactly what needs to be done and how everything works. That is very enjoyable and makes things fun to be around.
What did you not like about this institution?
It takes a lot out of you and it takes time to understand how everything needs to be finished. That is the only bad thing.
