What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Helping your employees create a better work-life balance should be better prioritized. Also, offering opportunities to advance or grow in the firm would help spur professional development and confidence in the staff. Additionally, I think that if there had been an opportunity for those first starting out to get a better feel for the workload, it would have been helpful at the outset and could ease the transition into this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Diversified firm with a wide range of cases
What did you not like about this institution?
The long hours that regularly were required at this firm were initially hard to navigate and manage, especially towards the end of each month. In addition, the experience is largely dependent on the people with whom you work and there is little flexibility in being reassigned.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make a much larger effort to get to know your employees and all their strengths so that we don't feel we have to self-promote so much.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a great work-life balance here and everyone is willing to help you learn new areas. There are great lines of communication open between partners, associates and staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are not many cons at all, but sometimes you have to really speak up for yourself to get noticed for good cases and for promotions. You really have to hustle yourself sometimes.
