What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to revamp the culture that seems to make it difficult for some to move up within the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When I first started at the firm, I knew it had a very prestigious reputation among the community, and I immediately discovered why. The workers at the firm are very focused on the task at hand. Any help I need is always met with professionalism from my fellow associates and even from superiors. It is a great environment for those wanting to grow as a lawyer.
What did you not like about this institution?
I do think though that the superiors tend to close off opportunities to some associates when it comes to being promoted at the firm. I think that while the firm will help lawyers progress in terms of their skills, the firm itself is not necessarily the place to move up within the field.
