What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be nice if they could be a little more aggressive in pursuing new business and new clients. I would like to see the firm grow, and with it the compensation that's available.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a good firm to work at because of the different areas of law that they service. You have everything from real estate to corporate law cases here. And the setting in the wonderful town of Savannah is a great asset as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is quite small and so is the town. You won't have much of chance to move up the ladder. There is a limit to your earning potential here.
