What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that associates would be a lot happier if management eased up on the long hours and stopped micromanaging.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office here is very well appointed and modern. The firm keeps up to date on relevant technology and this helps productivity tremendously.
What did you not like about this institution?
Associates are expected to put in a lot of hours here, even by the standards of the industry. Long hours and hard work are a legal profession stereotype, but this firm really takes it to another level.

Axinn seeks students who have achieved academic excellence and are entrepreneurial minded. Our summer program accepts students into our IP or Antitrust Departments. It is preferred that students have a science or engineering background for IP and an economic or finance degree/background for our Antitrust department. Moot Court and/or Journal experience is a plus.
Pro bono
The firm has not reported whether it counts pro bono hours towards the minimum billable hours requirement. Pro bono hours are counted the same as billable hours for the purposes of year-end bonuses.
