What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would suggest being more communicative about advancing at the firm and having a program in place where associates who work hard have a good path to making partner.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Bourland is a diverse firm in terms of the wide range of law practiced for a firm of its size. I had the opportunity to learn and practice a wide range of specialties, which was great as I was fresh out of law school.
What did you not like about this institution?
I felt that advancing at Bourland was going to be difficult and the firm management wanted to push some people out after a few years.
