Advice to law firm management:
The management should continue to invest in internal resources and new employees. For attorneys I can say that hours can be very long and expectations can be sky-high.
Pros:
The Attorneys at Bullivant Houser Bailey PC are some of the best in the legal industry - exceptionally bright, fair minded and of high integrity and ethics. Work content provides opportunities to be creative and analytical. Ability to work with different departments and offices.
Cons:
Typical corporate law firm hierarchy and detachment. Management did not address work-related problems I had with a new hire for about 2 months. Associates and paralegals are grossly overworked and very little skill development. Management is not open to new ideas and very slow to develop new processes.
