Advice to law firm management:
As a worker you will be really comfortable if you are pleasant to everyone. For the firm, I wish they would add more partners.

Pros:
The firm has been around for over a hundred years, so the people who work here garner a lot of respect. It's known for its high level of service to the community and its integrity. Working here has the advantage of working in several different areas of law.

Cons:
It's not the biggest firm around, so you can get topped out at a certain level with not much chance to make partner.
