What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try some actual standards.Treat employees better and keep the partners away if all they are going to do is mistreat us.Try upgrading the technology in the office to modern standards.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is very laid back and the dress code is casual.You don't have anyone micromanaging you.The starting pay is reasonable.
What did you not like about this institution?
This place is unprofessional.There are lots of gossip and cliques.One of the partners is a misogynist and overall terrible person.This is a miserable place to work.
