Advice to law firm management:
The leadership here does a fantastic job building a culture that employees can thrive in. Everyone that I know loves working here, and this is in large part due to the examples set by the leaders.
Pros:
The culture is by far the best part of working here. The people at this firm all feel like family, and there are plenty of special events and team building activities for us to enjoy.
Cons:
This is kind of a small firm, so it doesn't necessarily have the same opportunities available that a larger firm might. It might be harder to advance a legal career here.

The law office does a great job of encompassing a family culture. The employees and staff seem to work collectively and should continue be encouraged to do so. Management should look at offering more opportunities to grow within the law firm.
Pros:
The law firm is composed of a group of staff and employees which put their best effort into the work which they perform. The environment has resulted in positive one as the staff and employees behave in having values of family.
