Advice to law firm management:
It would be nice to get some incentives, bonuses, healthcare reductions and possibly some monthly work lunches or dinners. Other than that not much just keep up the good work.

Pros:
The firm does a good job at allowing myself and many others to progress up the ladder with promotions and raises. These aren't just given away but if you work hard you can earn them, which is great. The bosses are also pleasant to work with and alongside.

Cons:
The con has to be the chaotic work environment. It's different everyday, but what doesn't change is the pace which is very fast. It can be overwhelming at times but you get used to it.
