Advice to law firm management:
Work hard and make yourself noticed, otherwise you may not be able to get desired promotions. Focus on your strengths and you need to be good at networking to excel here.

Pros:
Immense learning opportunities and great work culture. Best thing about working at this firm is work-life balance and always helpful people. Work culture is superb and work pressure varies at times.Nice training programs and friendly environment.

Cons:
Pay is on the lower side compared to other firms of same size and reputation. And there are cross-office conflicts and management issues at times. It shows lack of communication within departments. Lack of autonomy provided to junior attorneys and staff.

Advice to law firm management:
This firm should consider training their managers more effectively if they want good leadership, or hiring people who have more experience.

Pros:
I felt this firm did a great job in helping their employees and clients feel comfortable and at home within the office. The atmosphere was very calm and collected and I never seemed to have an issue with anyone at this firm.

Cons:
The department managers at this firm are very inexperienced. They don't seem to know what they're doing most of the time and staff seems to take advantage of this at times.
