Advice to law firm management:
Work hard and make yourself noticed, otherwise you may not be able to get desired promotions. As there are many attorneys, it is sometimes hard to please them. You need to be good at it.
Pros:
This firm provided good training and a diverse industry learning experience. The employees are generally friendly and fun to work with. The work load was manageable and I was able to maintain good work-life balance. I was privileged to work with a special group attorney whose teaching will always help me. Overall a very enjoyable time here, everyone is very inclusive and helpful.
Cons:
The firm is very work focused in its outlook and does not bear any leniency. To survive at this firm one need to be very much dynamic and adaptive. Lack of autonomy provided to junior staff.
